Founded on July 4, 2021, in Maracay, Aragua State, Corazones Azules MCY was born from the need to support families receiving a Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus diagnosis, offering education, guidance, and a caring community from day one.
Our MisSion
To educate and empower patients diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, along with their families and caregivers, in Aragua State. We strive to provide the tools needed for proper management of the condition, promoting optimal health and a full life without limitations, grounded in informed decision-making and mutual support.
Our Vision
To establish ourselves as the leading civil organization in Maracay for the Type 1 Diabetes community, ensuring that every diagnosed family has a strong support network and access to up-to-date education. We aspire to a future where the condition is not a barrier, but an opportunity to live with well-being, resilience, and social integration.
